Ah, what a year

With the invention of facebook and the fast pace the girls are getting, I have been lazy as of yet to update my blog! Here are some of the many highlights:

June was a busy month with an extra week of school due to the 5 snow days last winter. Cara did her last acro performance:

June also saw the girls go to their dads for the summer and the end of Madi's LaCrosse debut. She loved the season so much, she is ready for more next spring.

July, Tim and I traveled south to visit the family, which was very rewarding. We had the Fourth of July with the girls in Los Gatos and then stayed an San Francisco apartment for 4 days, so we could wonder the city. As we were there, we went and saw "Wicked" and the new Academia. Tim also had a month off of work and did some great work putting in panel and rail in the dining room. It is looking really good.

August we went to my class reunion and got to see some old friends. We had a bar be que at my peeps, visited, and came back home to get ready for the kids returning.

September marked the Linux Plumbers conference, which I have been helping to plan all year. Since I was in charge of the finance and it went fairly smoothly for my first year on the job. It was a great experience. The girls started school and Soccer, and I started training for my first half marathon. And Madi, Tim, and I went to our first wine harvest and crush. What a great experience that was. I will try to be more diligent in updating both facebook and my blog. That is all for now. Hope everyone is happy, healthy. Feel free to email me anytime.

Oh, and I almost forgot! Congrats to Deanna on her engagement to Chris Pyle. You make a great couple and make a happy family together with the 4 kids!
